Ingredients

1 cup brewed Earl Grey tea

1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)

1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

A pinch of lavender (edible, optional, for garnish)

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Brew a cup of strong Earl Grey tea using two tea bags or loose leaf tea steeped for 5 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling. Use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until it’s light and airy.

Stir in the vanilla syrup, honey or maple syrup (if using), ground cinnamon, and nutmeg into the brewed tea.

Pour the frothed milk gently into the tea mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon to create layered effects.

Top with remaining foam, and if desired, a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent touch.

Sprinkle a pinch of lavender on top for an aromatic finish.

Serve warm and enjoy your cozy Autumn Fog Tea Latte!
