Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz rotini pasta

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Red pepper flakes (for heat)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Garlic: Add the butter to the skillet with the cooked beef. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Add the Italian seasoning, and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Fold in the cooked rotini until well coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to reach desired consistency.

Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
