Ingredients

9 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup cherry juice (or maraschino cherry juice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (for garnish)

Red sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.

Melt the Chocolates: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and softened cream cheese. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until completely melted and smooth.

Mix Flavorings: Stir in the cherry juice and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.

Coat the Cereal: Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.

Add Sugar and Graham Cracker Mix: In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers together. Gradually sprinkle this mixture over the coated cereal, tossing gently to ensure an even coating.

Garnish: Once everything is fully mixed and coated, transfer the puppy chow to a lined baking sheet or a large platter. Top with chopped maraschino cherries and red sprinkles for a festive touch.

Chill: Allow the puppy chow to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or place it in the fridge for faster results.

Serve: Once set, break into clusters, serve in small paper cups or bowls, and enjoy your Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow!
