Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.

      Add Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

        Combine Ingredients: Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well to combine. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat for another 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

          Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.

            Tater Tot Time: Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese and beef mixture.

              Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
