12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup frozen peas

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Velveeta cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
