Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 package of crescent roll dough (8 oz)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Add Flavors: Once the beef is fully cooked, drain excess fat and return to the skillet. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Mix Cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed throughout the beef mixture.

Prepare Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. On each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the cheeseburger filling at the wide end of the triangle.

Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, roll the dough tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure no filling escapes.

Brush with Butter: Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
