4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
