Ingredients

8 oz (about 225g) spaghetti

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Spaghetti: In a large pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Chicken and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and marinara sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.

Prepare Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine Ingredients: In a large baking dish, layer the cooked spaghetti, then spread half of the ricotta mixture over the spaghetti. Pour the chicken and marinara mixture on top, followed by the remaining ricotta, and finally, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over everything.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
