Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Blend until well combined.

Stir in the cooked bacon (reserve some for topping), maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a touch of salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the cheese dip mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Top with additional chopped bacon and sprinkle some extra cheese if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with chopped chives or green onions.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices for dipping.
