Mediterranean Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients
  

2 large naan breads

1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cucumber, grated and drained

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated cucumber, salt, and pepper. Mix well and stir in chopped dill if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      Assemble the Pizza: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Drizzle each naan with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

        Layer Ingredients: Evenly distribute shredded chicken over the naan. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.

          Bake: Place the prepared naan pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the naan is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.

            Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with a generous amount of tzatziki sauce and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

              Slice and Enjoy: Cut the naan pizzas into slices and serve immediately while warm.
