Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped

1 cup caramel sauce (store bought or homemade)

1 cup chopped salted peanuts

Sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Snickers bars.

Bake the Brownies: Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.

Add Peanuts and Remaining Batter: Sprinkle chopped salted peanuts over the caramel layer. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and gently spread it to cover.

Top with Caramel and Bake: Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top layer of batter. If desired, sprinkle a few extra chopped Snickers and peanuts on top for presentation. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into squares, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, and serve!
