2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 ripe mango, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

8 small corn tortillas

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional for extra heat)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
