Ingredients

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup orange candy melts

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons green sprinkles (for leaves)

1/4 teaspoon edible gold glitter (optional, for a festive touch)

Instructions

Begin by preparing the strawberries. Rinse them gently under cool water and pat them dry completely with paper towels. Ensure they are fully dry for better chocolate adherence.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place the dipped strawberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, melt the orange candy melts using the same microwave method. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.

Once the orange melts are smooth, dip the bottom 1/3 of each white chocolate-covered strawberry into the orange candy melts (this creates the “pumpkin” look). Allow the excess to drip off and return them to the baking sheet.

While the orange coating is still wet, sprinkle green sprinkles at the top of each strawberry to resemble leaves.

If desired, sprinkle some edible gold glitter over the strawberries for an enchanting touch.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate and candy melts are fully set. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive Pumpkin Patch Strawberries!
