Ingredients
  

1 cup pure pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary) for garnish

Optional: toasted pumpkin seeds for topping

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and feta cheese. Using a hand mixer or a food processor, blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.

      Blend the ingredients together until well combined and smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.

        Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or honey according to your preference.

          Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl. Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle with fresh herbs and toasted pumpkin seeds if using.

            Serve immediately with crackers, fresh veggies, or pita chips, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
